Welcome to the West Chester Elementary Library! My name is Sarah Lynn Redman and I am honored and excited to be in the library teaching all grades here at West!  My goal for library classes, along with all the teachers here at West, is to help and encourage a love for reading! Our goal is to make lifelong readers of our students. I am here to help your child find a book that he/she is interested in. Also, besides just reading and checking out books, we also have a literacy lesson each week that goes along with a book that I read aloud. 

The library hosts a Book Character Pumpkin Decorating Contest in the fall and a Scholastic Book Fair each year. We try to actively post pictures from the library on our West Chester PTO Facebook page so you can see what we are doing in the library this year.
