Prescription and Non Prescription Medications Reminder

Please see the message below from the lead Chester County Nurse, Mrs. Rowland.
Prescription Medications:
A physician's order signed by the student's parent and/or guardian must be provided to the school nurse prior to the medication being administered at school.
Non-Prescription Medications:
A non-prescription medication consent form must be completed by the parent and/or guardian prior to the non-prescription medication being administered at school. The medication must be brought to the school in an unopened container.
***Please do not send medications to school with your child, as this poses a risk to the child and others. Parents should bring the medications to the school with appropriate signature pages and orders.***
